Purico Europe

Purico Group covers a diverse range of business interests in Europe, ranging from shopping centers in Germany to plastics in Hungary.

Bolta Werke, Bolta Industrie and Bolta Bundle are all based in Germany and manufacture high quality polymer products. These companies are linked with Bolton Plastics and Bettix based in the UK. Jointly they share there vast knowledge and experience within this sector and produce products such as chrome plastic emblems for the automotive industry and dispensing / dosing bottles to a global market.

Profilplast is based in Hungary and manufactures plastic profiles for the construction industry.

Purico UK

Purico’s interests in the UK cover a number of sectors, including; paper, polymers and construction. Other interests include; a Hotel in London, the Grims Dyke in Birmingham, Newtown shopping centre and fluctuation tanks in Kent.

Alongside these companies, the Group has considerable interests in the development of and investment in residential, commercial and industrial properties.

The Isle of Man is home to a number of holding companies; Allyson, Clary, Hollowoak, Litchgate, Pipestone, Purico Papertech, Viola and Whiteoak. These companies hold investments in property and group investments, with the main focus on development and real estate, holding land and property, and investing in the holiday rental industry.
