In addition to its extensive and world leading manufacturing operations, Purico Limited and its associated group companies, have considerable property related interests, mostly in mainland UK.

The land and buildings concerned are either owned through Purico companies or where Purico Limited acts as retained advisors and project managers.

The Group holds an industrial investment in Sandwich in Kent, through Allyson Limited,  and c. 1acre which it intends to develop.

The Group operates a shopping centre in Newtown, Birmingham, through Autoforge.

Through Hollow Oak, the Group owns and operates a total of forty-five properties.

Litchgate owns and operates an eight acre industrial site in Northampton and an office development in Nottingham.

Pipestone owns 100 acres of land in Barnsley which will be redeveloped into a residential community.

Through Skerritt Properties, the Group holds land on Wellington Road in Burton and land in Devon that is currently occupied by the Devon Valley Paper Mill.
